Luva Cuppa strives for excellence and professionalism in providing refreshing beverages and customer service during events and functions.

Policy Statement

It is Luva Cuppa’s policy and desire to provide excellent service to their clients and customers. Feedback helps us measure whether our services are meeting their needs and expectations. It also helps us identify problems that need to be solved. Outstanding customer service depends on customer feedback. While praise is always welcome, we believe that constructive criticism is truly helpful in the long run.

Privacy & Safety

Luva Cuppa in Australia, is committed to treating the personal information we collect in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act  1988. 

 

It won't be used for any purpose other than why it was collected. We may use your personal information if:

  • it is authorised or required by law

  • you've consented to the use

  • the use meets one of the other exceptions in the Australian Privacy Principles.

 

When your personal information is collected, you'll usually be advised of its intended use at the point of collection. Your information may also be used if required by law. We will not sell or give your information to any third party.

Your personal information won't be disclosed to any other person, body or agency unless:

  • you give us permission

  • it is authorised or required by law

  • it meets one of the other exceptions in the Australian Privacy Principles

If you aren’t happy with how we've handled your privacy please contact us in the first instance. We value your feedback and concerns and will make an effort to improve our services.

Booking Policy

By Consumption Package:

A refundable deposit fee is applied to this service. A minimum amount of $200 is expected to be made to cover the running costs. If this amount is not reached, it is agreed that the booking client will pay the difference.  A deposit of $200 is required to be paid prior to the event and to secure the booking.

Per Hour Package:

Bookings with this package will be required to sign the Booking Agreement Contract and pay 50% of the payment as a deposit prior to event to secure the booking. The remaining 50% of the invoice being paid within a  21 day payment period.

Per Item Package:

The$250 deposit amount is minimum costs for sales to be received by Luva Cuppa. If sales increase over this amount, then a full refund of the amount will be returned to the payee within 7 days post the event. However, if the amount is less than the deposit amount, Luva Cuppa will keep the difference and give a partial refund.

E.g. Sales = $120 then to make up the $150, Country Cuppa will hold the $30 and return a partial refund of $120.

Cancellation Policy

If the client wishes to cancel, a minimum of three days prior to the event booked is required to receive a full refund. Any cancellation within 2 days prior to event an agreed 50% of deposit fee will be returned. This is to cover supply costs and date security for this event/s. 

​

In the unlikely case that Luva Cuppa requires to cancel an event then a full refund of deposit/s will be returned to clientele.
