This service is when you have an event that would like Luva Cuppa to attend but you do not wish to cover the costs for the guests (50+ guests). Typically, this would be for events where there will be constant foot traffic and people will pay for their own cuppas.

These events will be for 2 - 4 hrs. A refundable deposit fee is applied to this service. A minimum amount of $200 is expected to be made to cover the running costs. If this amount is not reached, it is expected that the organiser will pay the difference.

 

Therefore, a deposit of $200 is required prior to event.
