Luva Cuppa is Darwin’s newest all-inclusive coffee machine hire for events and corporate functions. Whether you’re hosting a conference, convention, open day, trade show exhibit or even an office function we can help make your event memorable and hassle-free.

The below packages are ideal for bookings that want to provide complimentary beverages to their guest.

Pricing

Package A

Charged per hour for events of 100+ people 

Includes – The Luva Cuppa Cart, 1 barista (50 orders per hour), Quick Cuppa Menu 

$250 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours (excluding set up and pack down)

$200 per hour for bookings 4+ hours

$100 per hour - Additional Barista (required for events with high traffic flow for prompt servicing)

 

Package B (for events under 100 people)

Charged per item. Includes – The Luva Cuppa Cart, 1 barista, Standard Menu Items (Speciality items can be added upon request)

$250 minimum spend or non-refundable deposit (set 2 hours)

Full retail prices apply. Sales total will be given at the end of the event and an invoice sent within 5 business days, with payment to be made within 21 days.
